Customers Satisfaction Guarantee: Customers may return, within 30 days (from the date of purchase), the COMPLETE PACK, with all the
(used and unused) ear plugs in its plastic box, along with any extra plastic boxes that may have come with the order. Customers will have
a choice of receiving a “Free Replacement” or “Full Refund”. Shipping & Handling charges (if any), are non-refundable. Incomplete returned
packs will be charged $ 7.95 for each pair not returned. Customers are responsible for all mailing containers & postage when returning orders.


All items purchased will be processed within 1 business day and should be received within 2-6 business days. Rural areas may take up to 10 business days.
Australia Post’s estimated delivery times are used as a general guideline and we have found that they have been unreliable at times..
Delivery times may vary, particularly during peak periods, such as Christmas, or due to public holidays in particular states.
We have recently encountered a number of delays of delivery by Australia Post where they have been unable to explain why there has been a delay in delivering small parcels within the delivery times that they quote on their website.
All of our items offer an express delivery method as an optional extra. Please add the cost of Express Postage to you payment.
